Your mission
As ourHR & Office Administrator (d/f/m) you will play a key role in supporting our team in Naarden with all personnel and office-related topics. You will ensure smooth daily operations manage administrative processes and be the go-to person for our employees on site.
In this role you will work closely with our People & Relations team in Hamburg and other departments to keep processes efficient and ensure clear consistent communication.
People Administration & Payroll
Manage and update employee data in our HR system (Personio) and maintain accurate records.
Support our Business Partner with preparation and coordination of the preparatory payroll accounting.
Handle employment contracts documentation and processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding changes offboarding).
Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and support work safety initiatives.
Employee Support & Onboarding
Organize and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Support time tracking and absence management.
Act as the first point of contact for employees in Naarden regarding administrative and personnel-related questions.
Office Management
Oversee office supplies equipment and the overall organization of the workplace.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general office communication.
Coordinate internal meetings workshops and team events.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English both written and spoken. German is a plus.
Knowledge: Understanding of Dutch labor laws HR processes and payroll basics.
Experience: Previous experience in personnel administration office management or a similar role is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic approachable and supportive with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Organization:Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail.
Communication: Clear and effective communicator who builds trust and fosters a positive work environment.
Proactivity: Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and take ownership of processes.
