Job Description

We are currently looking for an Insurance Program Delivery Specialist based in Madrid. This is a permanent full-time position. This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery activities and providing high quality client support. The Insurance Program Delivery Specialist handles small to mid-sized global accounts of moderate complexity requiring technical know-how.

Responsibilities

  • Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions territory requirements and company compliance.
  • Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyers and invoicing.
  • Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs.
  • Create master policies and associated documents.
  • Responsible for the collection review and processing of prospect/client locations and values in corporate systems.
  • Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions.
  • Follows corporate procedures guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a bachelors degree and at least 2 years of work experience in the industrial property insurance market finance or other regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and Excel
  • Good Communication skills both oral and written.
  • Team-player with ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to plan organize and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Solid math aptitude and analytical skills
  • Flexibility/adaptability to change works well under tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English - written & oral.
  • Italian or French is a plus
