We are currently looking for an Insurance Program Delivery Specialist based in Madrid. This is a permanent full-time position. This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery activities and providing high quality client support. The Insurance Program Delivery Specialist handles small to mid-sized global accounts of moderate complexity requiring technical know-how.
Responsibilities
- Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions territory requirements and company compliance.
- Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyers and invoicing.
- Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs.
- Create master policies and associated documents.
- Responsible for the collection review and processing of prospect/client locations and values in corporate systems.
- Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions.
- Follows corporate procedures guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.
Qualifications
- Preferably a bachelors degree and at least 2 years of work experience in the industrial property insurance market finance or other regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and Excel
- Good Communication skills both oral and written.
- Team-player with ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan organize and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Self-motivated
- Solid math aptitude and analytical skills
- Flexibility/adaptability to change works well under tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent in both Spanish and English - written & oral.
- Italian or French is a plus
