Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the hands-on development maintenance and optimization of reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM. This is an individual contributor role focused on production delivery troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration.
Design develop and maintain reports using OTBI BI Publisher and HCM Extracts in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Analyze Oracle-delivered data models and customize subject areas to meet business reporting needs.
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support HR and business decision-making.
Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate scalable reports.
Ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance with internal standards and GDPR.
Support mass upload activities across HR lifecycle events (e.g. compensation cycles M&A performance).
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues independently ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting features including Redwood UI and embedded analytics.
Participate in Oracle release cycles and data transformation projects to ensure reporting continuity.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HR modules.
Proven experience in managing reporting and reporting administration in Oracle HCM.
Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) BI Publisher (BIP) and HCM Extracts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with global stakeholders in finance/professional services environments.
Ability to manage a team and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Oracle certifications in:
Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional
Oracle HCM Cloud: Reporting and Analytics
Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with HR processes and data governance frameworks.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership of reporting outputs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
