About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Pilates Instructor to join the fitness team at our community client site!

Part-time PilatesInstructor -Barrington IL

Flexible schedule includes evening and weekend opportunities.

In this positionyou will provide fun effective and safe group exercise to members. You will teach private semi-private and small group Pilates sessions and classes using all Pilates equipment including reformers towers chairs and barrels following the guidelines of the method. Motivating participants of all levels in classes and sessions that are safe effective and challenging. Build and manage a schedule of clients!

What youll need to have

HealthFitness approved Pilates certification required.
Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Skilled in the proper and safe use of Pilates equipment to ensure a safe experience.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Flu vaccination required during the Fall season.

Compensation: Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages.
