We are seeking a HR Senior Business Process Analyst to be responsible for leading the analysis redesign and optimization of People Team (HR) business processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to review current processes define future state solutions and drive the adoption of automation and AI across the People Team. The Senior HR Business Process Analyst will ensure that all process improvements are measurable sustainable and aligned with organizational goals.
This is a hybrid role and requires 1 day at the office ideal candidates to be located in Warsaw (primarily) and /or Katowice.
ResponsibilitiesYour key accountabilities are:
Process Mapping & Redesign
- Review and document current People Team processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Lead working sessions to gather detailed process insights and improvement opportunities.
- Design and map future state processes emphasizing efficiency automation and standardization.
- Define KPIs and assign process ownership for redesigned processes.
Project Management
- Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives including actions owners and dependencies.
- Prepare initiative charters with validated savings and investment requirements.
- Oversee the creation of future-state process maps policies and SOPs.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate automation and AI opportunities within People Team processes.
- Partner with Communications teams to support change management and ensure effective communication of process changes.
- Facilitate pilots and gather feedback to validate process improvements ensuring solutions are scalable and effective.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Business Analytics or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Process.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
- Experience in HR Transformation HR PMO Business Process Improvement Business Consulting or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with People Team processes such as onboarding applicant tracking systems and payroll.
- Proven experience with process mapping process redesign and implementation of automation/digital solutions.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in developing KPIs SOPs and business cases for process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) in People Team process optimization and automation.
- HRIS ATS and Payroll System experience Oracle HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud and ADP is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart) and project management software.
