Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients conduct market visits and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and field sales executives.
- Track daily sales prepare reports and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities.
- Recruit train and supervise sales executives or field sales staff (if applicable).

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetic/Personal Care field sales.
- Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication negotiation and team management skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Experience in launching new products in the market is an advantage.
