Your role
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and execute multiple strategic HR initiatives within our Portfolio Management team. This role will be responsible for managing a comprehensive program of projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent HR projects and initiatives from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations
- Create and implement project management methodologies and best practices
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate with stakeholders across various levels and departments
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops
- Develop and maintain project documentation and communication plans
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (JIRA preferably)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Background in HR transformation projects
- Experience in financial services or similar corporate environment
- Change management certification (PROSCI or similar)
- Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience with HR systems implementation
- Knowledge of portfolio management principles
