This isnt just a job; its an opportunity to drive our online presence and connect customers with their dream vehicles. As a key player on our team youll manage internet sales leads promote our brand and provide an exceptional buying experience from the first click to the final handshake.
What Youll Do:
Be the first point of contact for online customers responding quickly to inquiries via email text and phone.
Generate excitement by providing detailed information pricing and virtual demonstrations of our vehicles.
Collaborate with our sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless transition for interested buyers.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and new products.
Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster repeat business.
What Were Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
A track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with sales platforms like DealerSocketis a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time individual contributor role with a competitive hourly wage of $16 per hour paid semi-monthly. Your earning potential is uncapped with commission based on your sales performance.
