Job Title: UIM Developer – CDC2A (6 months plus contract)
Location: Chennai (Remote flexibility available)
Employment Type: Full-time
Budget: Up to 1.5 LPM
Education Requirement: 15 years of full-time education
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced UIM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM). As an Application Developer you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams provide technical leadership and ensure that application solutions are optimized for performance usability and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Communications UIM.

Lead and collaborate with the team ensuring effective execution and delivery of tasks.

Take responsibility for key team decisions and drive best practices.

Work with multiple teams to align on architecture design and integration strategies.

Provide innovative solutions to problems within the immediate team and across functions.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team expertise.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements.

Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and optimization of existing applications.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills

Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM).

Strong knowledge of application development methodologies.

Solid experience with database management and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with integration processes and tools.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.

Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems and processes.

Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
