Oversee multiple project teams to ensure alignment with program goals and delivery timelines.
Define and guide the strategic roadmap for product features technology integration and cross-functional collaboration.
Establish and manage program governance strategic plans and performance objectives.
Supervise and adjust program plans to ensure timely delivery risk mitigation and goal achievement.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets quality and organizational standards.
Track report and present program progress risks and outcomes to leadership.
Develop and manage program budgets with fiscal responsibility.
Lead coach and manage a team of project managers and business analysts fostering adaptability and accountability.
Promote a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and professional growth.
Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to team members.
Drive alignment across internal and external teams ensuring shared ownership of program outcomes.
Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of program or project management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of program governance portfolio management and strategic planning.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets resources and vendor relationships.
Experience managing and mentoring teams of project managers and business analysts.
PMP PgMP or comparable certification preferred.
Construction industry or enterprise technology experience a plus.
This is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home. Attendance at important meetings and events at the local DPR office is required.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to external market data internal equity location skill set experience and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPRs total compensation package.
Pay Range: $109737 to $188120
