Position Summary:
The Regional Medical Assistant Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting Traveling Medical Assistants (TMAs) across multiple clinic locations within a designated region. This role ensures that MAs are properly trained follow clinical protocols maintain high-quality customer service and meet operational standards. The Regional Coordinator acts as a liaison between TMAs and leadership ensuring consistency compliance and efficiency across all sites. This role will require roughly 60% of time spent completing administrative duties and roughly 40% providing evaluation support in the field. This split is subject to change at the discretion of the Director. This position requires a fixed schedule of Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. The schedule assignment will be provided based on department need at that time.

The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.This role will require consistent travel to clinics withing the assigned region. This role may require extended hours to meet deadlines or resolve urgent issues.

While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position may require prolonged sitting extensive computer use and frequent typing. Additionally it may also require the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 40 pounds.
