What Youll Responsible For:
Implement and/or Setup Process & System Deployment Controls and Compliance:
- Support to design new GIMS processes and workflow implement new ERP system for new market.
- Align internal controls to ensure compliance with WSM process.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
General Ledger & Financial Reporting:
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure a proper interaction and flow of information with other departments.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow management.
- Monitor account receivables reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensuring correct and timely payments to suppliers
- Ensure compliance with WMS policies accounting principles IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leader to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
What Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Fiinance or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field preferably within the China market.
- Accounting professional certification is required such as ACCA CICA MICPA or any related certificates certified under MIA will be preferred.
- Exposure in IFRS will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in communication and collaboration.
- Knowledgeable in SAP is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must. Mandarin is preferred to support new markets.
