As a Food and Beverage Apprentice with Hilton you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship position is an 18 month contract
Please note this role is based in the Bar therefore the position involves primarily late shifts. Candidates must be able to work as late as 3am and be over the legal age to sell alcohol.

What will I be doing
A Food and Beverage Apprenticewill be required to undertake all reasonable duties as assigned by theSupervisors and Managers. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- You will be working in the Bow Bar
- Taking and delivering food and drinks orders
- Contribute to high levels of customer service
- Manage customer relations when necessary
- Comply with and have full knowledge of regulations regarding Health and Safety
- Undertake any reasonable duties that may be assigned by the senior manager in the hotel
- Complete all aspects of the training programme
