As a Leadership Consultant youll design and deliver leadership development initiatives that align with enterprise strategy. Youll work closely with senior leaders to build capability foster engagement and drive performance.
What Youll Do
- Design and implement leadership development programs that support strategic priorities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted solutions
- Facilitate workshops coaching sessions and leadership forums
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams to embed leadership principles across the organisation
- Support change initiatives by building leadership capability and resilience
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in leadership development organisational development or executive coaching
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate strategy into practical development solutions
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing at an enterprise level
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Relevant qualifications in HR Psychology Education or related fields
