Qlarant is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst III to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial soundness and strategic decision-making within the organization. This full-time regular/at-will position is based in Maryland and offers a salary range of $90000 to $125000 annually with no travel required. As a Financial Analyst III you will leverage your advanced financial experience to facilitate comprehensive financial analysis including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide experienced-based recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate potential risks. Your role will involve gathering detailed financial reports and presentations for management ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will own key financial analysis responsibilities from costing out company resources to formulating data specific to the customer as well as writing business narratives to maximize contract wins. Furthermore you will formulate recommendations for policies procedures controls or actions by directing the preparation of studies reports and analyses in various financial areas. Lastly you will facilitate training sessions and provide manuals to improve staff understanding of the budgeting and planning process by guiding corporate training activities to train non-financial staff on contract matters.
