Introduction: In this role you will lead transformation projects in GIGA be responsible for the project management which includes planning resource management and flawless execution of the projects. Ensure critical milestones are met within the schedule.
Your Job:
Work with customers to understand requirements and schedule perform feasibility studies and identify opportunities and gaps. Collaborate with Product Line to establish business case.
Liaise with R&D Enablement IE Finance Business and Fab team to map out resource and capex requirement. Provide detailed plans and schedule.
Work with GSM and suppliers to ensure new tools schedule reconcile with development plans. Provide mitigation and recovery plans to meet customer schedule.
Support new designs with module characterization and establish design rules.
Develop custom or new derivative processes to meet customer requirement.
Oversee the day-to-day development progress identify and resolve the issues.
Resolve all reliability integration and defect issues and work with cross functional team to provide manufacturable solutions.
Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process
Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals
Build and develop defect source library and tools defect source fingerprinting
Ensure that processes are well documented failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place.
Required Qualifications:
PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field
At least 10 years technical and supervisory experience in a semiconductor manufacturing
Strong device physics background
Preferred Qualifications:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
