This Position reports to:
Global Channel ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role you will lead the Electrification Global Channel Programs for Distribution Solutions in line with the agreed strategy. In addition to these responsibilities you will define and implement customer journeys and tools to enhance channel partner engagement and develop targeted marketing strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive sustained business growth.
You will also showcase your expertise by leading the Technical & Branding Programs at the Electrification level taking ownership of related processes ensuring alignment across divisions and driving marketing initiatives that support and accelerate growth through effective channel strategies and continuously monitoring performance.

This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division - Channel Partners Management globally. Main stakeholders are sales channels business lines marketing and communication.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Developing and executing a compelling value proposition and marketing strategies to position top-tier channel partners as market leaders and expand ABBs global market share.
Collaborating with global and local cross-functional teams including marketing sales and technical experts to ensure effective strategies customized training paths and comprehensive support for channel partners.
Defining and implementing customer journeys and toolsin collaboration with internal stakeholders to support continuous business growth. This includes optimizing the marketing funnel and strengthening collaboration with key channel partners.
Providing appropriate market information to support long- to mid-term decision-making on the marketing strategy.

Qualifications for the role
You enjoy working in a global environment developing partners like Distributors Panel Builders and OEMs.
3-4 years of experience in working daily with channel partners within electrification in a complex global and matrix set up.
Experienced in marketing strategies channel sales business stakeholder management project management and program management.
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and purpose-driven approach.
Bachelors or preferably masters degree ina related field.
Strong analytical skills strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
