Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming point of contact for client calls and emails providing prompt and professional customer support
- Accurately prepare and manage all sales documentation including quotations sales orders purchase orders and delivery notes
- Support the Sales Team with essential administrative tasks such as reviewing visuals floor plans and preparing installation reports
- Coordinate order processing and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and seamless installations
- Contribute to dynamic ad-hoc projects and tasks that drive business progress and efficiency
