What will you do
As a Business Analyst Financial Services at Projective Group youll be instrumental in helping financial institutions evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Youll collaborate with clients to rethink their operations enhance customer experiences and bring innovative ideas to life. From concept to delivery youll help turn transformation ambitions into concrete impactful solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture review and refine requirements.
Organize workshops and interviews to uncover process bottlenecks and identify opportunities.
Translate business needs into structured documentation and user stories.
Perform thorough AS-IS analysis and describe the TO-BE situation.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies and assess the impact of new requirements or regulatory changes on existing systems.
Translate business needs into clear structured functional specifications and design documents such as use cases process flow diagrams and data models.
Prepare clear documentation progress reports and presentations for client stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement by introducing better practices tools and team behaviours.
Apply sound knowledge of BPMN models and project methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skills & Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field (i.e. business economics ...)
At least 3 years of professional experience ideally in consulting or project delivery roles
First experience in the financial services sector and a dedicated interest in its dynamics and obstacles
Excellent knowledge of business English and fluency in Dutch or French
Familiar with methodologies such as PMP Prince2 Waterfall or Agile
Experience with IT delivery projects and a good grasp of the organisational IT landscape
Solid consultancy skills including clear communication engaged listening and stakeholder management
A pragmatic mindset with the ability to customize frameworks and methods to fit the clients specific context and needs
