- Ensure proper resources within the organization are available to the client and introduce new products through other core business groups where appropriate
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work directly with clients. Review and Process renewals; update all necessary items in management system and send to client as needed.
- Maintain records according to Agency standards ensure that procedures are properly followed and that information is properly document and readily accessible.
- Work directly with Producers to provide necessary client documents checklists and proposals.
- Use support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation.
- Document sales and prospecting information
- Attend training sessions courses etc. to maintain up to date skills.
- 1 to 3 years experiences as a Producer or similar is preferred.
- Possess or able to obtain Life & Health Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment. Correll Insurance Group can assist in the scheduling of pre-licensing course(s) exam application etc
