This person provides exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners ensures that operational processes and procedures are met protects data integrity throughout our systems and partners with their team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives. As part of the Business Operations team this individual helps support the steps to put the world on vacation and make memories of a lifetime!

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Level of decision making authority:
Coordinator may be required to make limited operational decisions when resolving owner issues or objections.
Level of autonomy:
Coordinators daily work will be verified daily weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy and validation of all tour gifting and contractual paperwork.
Impact of incumbents decisions on the organization:
Coordinators decisions may cause commission delays site revenue recognition delays and delays in contract securitization cost per tour and marketing payroll inaccuracies.
Scope/Financial Responsibility:
Coordinator is accountable to meet WCF Scorecard metrics Accounting Deliverables maintain Cost of Sales Product Yield Management and ensure adherence to TL Standard Operating Procedures to secure the companys assets.
