Key Responsibilities
Technical expert in at least 2 R&D discipline (Optic Electronic Motion SEM)
Support R&D module owner in Off & On Tool Module Integration Calibration and Qualification
Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)
Support R&D development (C&F) activities
Lead qualifications of complex non-system components (isolated from application) and provide risk assessment
Define & execute Qualification plans; Define execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).
Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration.
Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.
High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise
Qualifications:
10 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor industry
Strong understanding ofsemiconductorequipment and industry standardsincluding thin film etch or lithography
Comfortable working across time zones collaborating with remote teams and supporting factory-side execution
Disciplinetracking and driving deliverables to completion
Flexibility to travel back and forth betweenSouth EastAsia and the USA(up to 30% of the time)
