Job Summary:
Supports the deployment of system strategies and initiatives and the creation of data products used to drive continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.Job Description:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience with lean and/or operational excellence including developing or leading cascading huddles preferred.
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data entry and reporting; exposure to visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support multiple projects at once and help teams adopt new practices.
- Prior data analysis experience is a plus but training will be provided.
- The chance to directly support MaineGenerals performance and analytics strategies helping align teams to organizational goals.
- Hands-on experience with lean practices including cascading huddles strategy deployment and improvement projects.
