The Work
As a Performance & Analytics Specialist at MaineGeneral Health you will support system strategies and initiatives like department scorecards that help drive alignment and improvement. You will play a key role in evolving lean at MGH by helping with trainings leading cascading huddles and supporting performance improvement projects. You will also provide coordination and administrative support for P&A initiatives and help advance data reporting tools through data entry and teamwork with the P&A data team.
You Have
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Experience with lean and/or operational excellence including developing or leading cascading huddles preferred.
Comfort with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data entry and reporting; exposure to visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support multiple projects at once and help teams adopt new practices.
Prior data analysis experience is a plus but training will be provided.
