As a Locum MD or DO in Emergency Medicine you will be involved in fast-paced and dynamic projects where quick thinking and decisive actions are essential. Your role will be instrumental in stabilizing patients diagnosing conditions accurately and providing appropriate treatment in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency medical situations and provide immediate care.
• Perform medical assessments examinations and diagnostic tests on patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stabilize patients experiencing trauma injuries or acute medical conditions.
• Administer medications treatments and interventions following established guidelines.
• Document patient information treatment plans and progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients families and staff members in high-stress situations.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Doctor (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated experience in emergency medical care and trauma management.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
