Job Summary

Were seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology this role youll help design develop and maintain software tools and integrations that empower our sales enablement and CRM solutions. This is a hands-on development role with real impact youll work closely with sales marketing and operations teams to build tools that drive revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and deploy web applications and internal tools

Build and maintain integrations between platforms like Salesforce HubSpot and proprietary tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Write clean scalable and well-documented code

Support the optimization and automation of internal processes

Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems

Ensure security performance and maintainability of applications

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

2 years of software development experience

Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g. Python C# Java)

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript REST APIs)

Experience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce APIs or Salesforce development

Knowledge of CRM systems or marketing automation platforms

Familiarity with AWS Azure or other cloud services

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
