What Youll Do
Technical Leadership
- Shape architecture and technical strategy for core platform initiatives.
- Build foundational systems that power AI-based talent matching.
- Drive scalability and performance as our platform grows.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards company-wide.
- Translate ambitious product goals into executable tech plans.
System Design & Implementation
- Architect scalable systems for complex marketplace dynamics.
- Develop AI-enhanced features for talent evaluation and matching.
- Deliver robust maintainable solutions for a global user base.
- Define best practices for reliability performance and maintainability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers to align tech strategy with business goals.
- Work with data scientists to deploy and refine AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure global compliance.
- Influence technical decisions across multiple teams and domains.
What You Bring
- 5 years in software engineering with 3 years in technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and scalable architecture.
- Experience building marketplace platforms or similarly complex systems.
- Proven impact on product direction through technical decision-making.
- Strong mentorship and technical communication skills.
- Practical understanding of AI/ML and their real-world applications.
- Familiarity with global data privacy and compliance standards.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Bonus: Published technical content or conference speaking experience.
- Must be US-based; team is globally distributed.
