Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (Some overtime available)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking two motivated Paint Prep workers to join our day shift team in Catoosa OK. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing or hands-on background who are looking to grow their skills in the industrial painting field. No prior Paint Prep experience is required training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts and components for industrial painting.
- Sand grind mask and clean surfaces to remove dirt grease rust and contaminants.
- Assist painters by moving materials hanging parts and staging jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow instructions safety procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred (not required).
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable punctual and detail-oriented.
- Must follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
