This position provides therapy services to patients of all ages including evaluation and assessment treatment education and consultation to improve patients abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician.Education Qualifications:
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist.
Ada MN: Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Healths insurer.
The OT in this position will provide services for both inpatient and outpatient populations at our hospital and contracted nursing homes in Ada Minnesota.
