We are looking for a Project Analyst with strong financial analytical skills to support Korschenbroich Finance. Working together with cross functional teams both locally in Szekesfehervar and in Korschenbroich they will ensure the integrity of iPMS Oracle Project Management System and provide related financial information to the Finance group in Korschenbroich. For the site they will produce cost accounting analysis and information on an annual and monthly basis and will be responsible for various financial reporting activities.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the Month-end and Year-end closing processes by preparing and analyzing various cost and financial data.
Oracle iPMS Project Management System. Ensure integrity of financial data and provide monthly analysis and reporting for Korschenbroich.
Support the Korschenbroich Process business.
Cost tracking and control including variance analysis to identify and understand discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs
Support of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts including preparation and analysis by cost center
Prepare the annual hourly rates (machine / labor / overhead) for the plant as well as for Engineering PMO and Quality.
Regular reporting of sales and booking data for each business Value Stream
Ongoing analysis of Nuclear & Process Project Orders with regard to profitability and monthly cost allocations as well as active support of the project management team
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Ad hoc Korschenbroich support.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in a cost accounting role in a medium-large industrial company
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
Experience with SAP/Oracle
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Knowledge of cost accounting methodologies and principles
Knowledge of Power BI Power Query SQL or other Database Management System
Fluent in German
