Nexstar is looking for an experienced dynamic and passionate Business Administrator for the Network Segment with primary focus on The Hill business unit. The Business Administrator will plan direct and coordinate services of the business including accounts payable general ledger activities and payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable including invoice entry and approval tracking
Administer all bi-weekly payroll activities for 115 employees
Manage employee union and vendor contracts
Handle monthly balance sheet reconciliations via Blackline software
Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries
Review monthly p-card activity and assist with coding
Liaise with Senior Leadership and Corporate staff
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelors degree preferred
Excellent critical thinking creative problem solving and organization skills
Confident and assertive when providing coaching guidance or direction
Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 commensurate with experience
