Job Summary
Position Description:
You will be primarily responsible for partnering with operational leadership and finance colleagues to deliver accurate timely and highly valued accounting and financial support

Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Recruitment/onboarding (requests received via Service Now)
Timesheet management
Maintaining Full-time employee data
Offboarding: assists in finding replacements for leavers (approaching directors and agencies shortlisting and interviews)
Sending onboarding checklist
Providing high-level insights
2. Project Management
Coordination with PM to get proper documentation (project charter logs etc.)
Participation in monthly stakeholder meeting; providing updates
Status tracking per project
3. Release management
Weeks to production
Produce documentation (project charters approvals etc.)
4. Financial Management
Reconciliation of data from general ledger vs actuals
Managing cost estimates laptop requests server requests (related to asset management)
Health Checks
Updating accruals
Coordinating with vendors
5. Others:
Process software requests
Attend to adhoc requests
Provide and track access management
Provide and track asset management
Manage SharePoint migration maintaining data (CIBC moving to Cloud)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Graduate of Business Administration Commerce and/or related field
Excellent communications skills and being able to facilitate meetings take down minutes respond to emails
Keen to details experienced in technology environment
Leadership skills takes initiative self-starter critical thinking and a problem solver
PMO/PCO experience is an advantage
