AI Art Generalist

Scopely is looking for an AI Artist (Generalist) to join our Bingo Bash team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

The Bingo Bash team is home to bingo cards slots and more! Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues and help create fresh content for our players.

What You Will Do

• Model Design & Curation:
  • Design fine-tune and curate lightweight style/character/prop LoRAs (or similar adapters) aligned with Bingo Bashs look and live-ops themes
  • Build and maintain a model registry (model zoo) with clear usage notes examples and version history
  • Source tag and sanitize training/reference datasets with complete licensing and provenance tracking
• Output Quality Ownership:
  • Define and enforce quality checklists for readability silhouette clarity color/contrast brand motifs and IP safety
  • Perform inpainting/outpainting de-noising line-cleaning and upscaling; deliver layered PSD/PNG assets ready for animation VFX and UI
  • Run in-engine/preview checks (mockups on cards tiles icons) to validate scale legibility and compression
• Workflow & Pipeline Efficiency:
  • Build reusable workflows (ComfyUI/A1111 or equivalent) with control/pose/depth guidance and batch queues
  • Integrate with DCC and engine pipelines (Photoshop/Krita Illustrator Blender Unity/Unreal) including naming conventions pivots margins and atlases
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Partner with Art Direction Concept/UI Artists Tech Art and Producers to map briefs into visual targets and acceptance criteria
  • Share prompt packs workflow templates and guides; enable artists on promptcraft and workflow hygiene
  • Collaborate with Marketing/UA teams on key art and variants for A/B testing when required
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure licensed/consented training materials; maintain audit trails for models and datasets
  • Review likeness/IP/bias risks periodically and document mitigations in coordination with Legal and PM

What Were Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating art fundamentals (composition color style consistency)
• Practical experience with generative art tools (Stable Diffusion ComfyUI A1111 or equivalents)
• Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop Krita Illustrator (Blender a plus)
• Understanding of game asset pipelines and optimization for mobile
• Familiarity with dataset curation tagging and model training workflows
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand/style fidelity
• Curiosity and adaptability to experiment with new creative workflows

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with Unity for integrating assets
• Exposure to 3D modeling tools (Blender ZBrush)
• Interest in mobile game development and Agile methodologies
