Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: London (4 days in office)
Super Payments is transforming the way businesses and customers experience payments. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in an SDR you will be at the forefront of our sales effortsidentifying potential clients generating qualified opportunities and creating the foundation for successful partnerships. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to begin or advance a career in sales within a dynamic and fast-paced fintech environment.
Account Management
Take ownership of allocated accounts ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
Research and confirm alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Outreach & Engagement
Conduct a minimum number ofoutbound calls daily to prospective merchants.
Present Super Payments value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Identify client needs address objections and build initial interest.
Opportunity Creation
Qualify and progress opportunities with interested merchants.
Provide detailed briefings to Account Executives (AEs).
Consistently achieve the target of 10 qualified meetings per week.
Experience
Previous experience in sales recruitment telemarketing or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce G-Suite Cognism Lemlist Jiminny Similarweb Wappalyzer) is desirable.
Skills & Attributes

Professional phone manner and the ability to deliver compelling pitches.
