- You have strong technical skills and enjoy developing technical design solutions and preparing efficient yet detailed construction documentation.
- You have detailed knowledge of Building and Accessibility Codes and enjoy the challenge of developing creative designs that meet our clients needs within those Code parameters.
- You can build strong client relationships and participate in complex design projects and/or multiple projects efficiently and successfully.
- You enjoy being a resource to others and have a passion for helping others in their career development through sharing knowledge and mentoring.

- Youll be working in our dedicated Workplace-Interiors studio with other professionals who also have a passion for Workplace Interior projects.
- Youll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks and design projects.
- You will coordinate with engineers and other team members to meet project requirements budgets and schedules.
- Youll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration.
- Youll be accountable for project success.
- Youll have growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 7 years of experience in interior architecture & design industry.
- Architectural Registration or be on path for Registration. LEED Accreditation preferred.
- Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD InDesign Photoshop and other design tools.
