On-Site MondayFriday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

What Youll Do:As a Recruiter youll be the heartbeat of our business managing both candidate and client relationships from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source screen interview and place top healthcare talent.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Strategic Recruiting: Craft creative outreach and sourcing strategies to match the right people with the right roles.
Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM/ATS to stay organized and ahead of the curve.
Experience Delivery: Ensure a smooth professional and engaging recruitment process from first contact to placement.
A proven sales background and a track record of hitting or exceeding goals.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Confidence using technology Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS tools (Crelate experience a bonus).
A self-starter mindset strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site team environment.
