What youll do
- Assemble complex thin-film modules following drawings schematics and work instructions
- Position and align parts using jigs fixtures and precision tools
- Perform eutectic and epoxy attach under a microscope
- Operate MIC equipment such as die attach stations wedge and ball bonders gap welders and bond-pull testers
- Work with automation systems like reflow brazing and auto wedge-ball bonders
- Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Rework and repair defective units as needed
- Handle chemicals safely and maintain cleanliness specifications
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs
- Support prototype builds and engineering evaluations
What you need
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work under a microscope (required)
- Knowledge of thin-film assembly processes and MIC equipment (required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Vocational or technical certificate in a related field and 5 years of experience (required)
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions (required)
- U.S. Person status (citizen permanent resident asylee or refugee) (required)
