About the Role
As Revenue and Affordability Reporting and Governance Manager (RARG) you will lead a team responsible for revenue reporting affordability analysis compliance and data governance. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to regulators supports strategic decision-making and drives improvements in data quality and accessibility across the business.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of revenue and affordability reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
- Oversee data governance initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and performance tracking
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and reporting specialists
- Develop and maintain reporting platforms and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data management
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting governance or financial analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL PowerBI
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of the water industry or other regulated sectors (desirable)
