We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior People Business Partner to support our growing People function in Europe.
This role will assist in key HR initiatives support the Head of People in the jurisdiction take ownership of daily operational responsibilities and contribute to enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR eager to learn and capable of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities & Key Focus
Preparing data and information for reporting (PowerBI Workday risk reporting)
Supporting with audits reports statistics analytics and meeting preparation
Acting as first contact point for employees and managers on complaints and grievances
Leading/advising/supporting investigations liaising with external lawyers if required
Preparing exit agreements and packages responses meeting invites or warning letters
Leading performance management processes
Conducting exit interviews and analysing trends
Supporting managers with employee lifecycle activities
Reviewing or creating HR policies
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with local regulations
Supporting organisational changes and employee training initiatives
Assisting with HR services systems and processes across the employee lifecycle
Liaising with global stakeholders (Finance Procurement Tax wider People Functions)
Reviewing contracts and supporting onboarding processes
Managing People Portal requests (leave jury service remote working job changes)
Supporting visa applications and international remote working requests
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
3 years of HR experience ideally in a senior admin or generalist role
Knowledge of HR principles and best practices
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Proficiency with HRIS systems Microsoft Office Suite; Workday knowledge is a plus (training provided)
Fluency in English
