Lead Engineer - Electronic Hardware : Performing tasks for any portion in the design lifecycle of a circuit card assembly. Activities contributing to the design and development of products solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for architecting moderately complex avionic computer hardware systems that include both digital and analog components.
Perform the design simulation and verification of a circuit card assemblies (CCA) and manage the requirements with the applicable tool.
Prepare the necessary documentation for product development and certifications.
Testing and integration of the circuit card assemblies installed in chassis.
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the business.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electric Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics:
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of board level digital design process from schematic capture implementation integration and verification.
Strong professional technical writing and technical communication proficiency.
Ability to break down complex problems and apply critical thinking.
Familiarity with the Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise and Hyperlinx PI/SI.
Familiarity with OrCAD PSPICE or LT Spice Mathcad Microsoft Office Microsoft Visio.
The base pay range for this position is $90800.00 - $121100.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting isexpected to close on10/31/2025.
