Our campuses foster a collaborative team environment with extraordinary educators who are committed to ongoing learning reflection and professional growth.What does a Physical Therapist at Prospect Hill Academy do The physical therapist provides direct PT services to students per Individualized Education Plans and is responsible for all components of the special education process as pertains to students PT services and goals. Essential Functions:
- Participates in evaluation and assessments
- Implements therapy procedures for student/students
- Contributes to progress reports and assists in collecting data for IEPs.
- Maintain accurate timely and confidential documentation of physical therapy services
- Maintains all records in accordance with state and federal policies.
- Assists with establishing goals for students.
- Follow all policies and procedures as established by the school.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information for all staff students and their families

- Frequent sitting standing walking reaching with hands and arms to stoop kneel or crouch
- Regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment with hands and arms and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
