Job Description
As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I you will:
- Develop and update compliance templates policies checklists and competency assessments.
- Research interpret and link federal and state regulations accreditation standards and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
- Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
- Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
- Take initiative to improve processes while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Education & Certifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).
Experience
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital clinic or related).
- Experience as a mentor supervisor or in clinical improvement projects.
- Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.
- Experience creating policies procedures or compliance documents (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations compliance practices and patient care standards.
- Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.
- Excellent critical thinking attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking reading and writing).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
- Self-motivated able to work independently in a remote environment and accountable for daily progress.
