Job Description

As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I you will:

  • Develop and update compliance templates policies checklists and competency assessments.
  • Research interpret and link federal and state regulations accreditation standards and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
  • Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
  • Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
  • Take initiative to improve processes while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Education & Certifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).
  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital clinic or related).
  • Experience as a mentor supervisor or in clinical improvement projects.
  • Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.
  • Experience creating policies procedures or compliance documents (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations compliance practices and patient care standards.
  • Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.
  • Excellent critical thinking attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking reading and writing).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
  • Self-motivated able to work independently in a remote environment and accountable for daily progress.
