Job Summary
We are seeking a long-term substitute School Counselor. While the is a temporary position with part-time or full-time hours there is the possibility of future full time employment. The counselor will provide behavioral emotional and social support to 9th through 12th grade students. This role also involves collaborating with Special Education staff teachers leaders and others to implement strategies that promote student Responsibilities:Help students develop self-regulation coping skills and proactive strategies to navigate their school 1:1 and small-group behavioral social and emotional support to with IEP teams and special education teachers to create and implement individualized behavioral/social goals and with teachers leaders and staff to support student success and address behavioral or emotional/social and document student progress and intervention outcomes.
