We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organizations human resources processes.
- Manage and maintain employee records using HR information systems (HRIS)
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes including job postings resume screening and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes including annual reviews and goal-setting
- Support compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related questions and concerns
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
