Key responsibilities of a Lead Process Engineer:

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across process mechanical electrical automation and civil works.
Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest safety standards.
Partner with commercial teams to develop technical designs budgets and customer proposals.
Feed operational insights back into R&D to drive innovation and system improvements.
Manage documentation procurement and handovers to ensure smooth operations.

What Were Looking For

Experience in anaerobic digestion wastewater or energy-from-waste facilities.
Strong project and financial management skills.
In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental standards.
Skilled in procurement supplier management and technical delivery.
