WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were seeking a sharp solution-oriented Senior Salesforce Product Owner in Marketing Automation ready to move beyond routine maintenance and take full ownership of the product. This role blends technical expertise with strategic vision part Salesforce expert part business analyst and part sales tech architect.
Youll play a key role in shaping and evolving our Salesforce platform and its connected tools to empower our Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams. From streamlining workflows to evaluating new technologies and implementing scalable processes you ensure our systems are optimized to support growth and efficiency across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Planning of tasks and orchestration of topics in Product development process of Marketing Cloud Engagement Automations and Customer Journeys
- Design andimplement robust maintainable solutions that support automation and operational efficiency
- Shapethe architecture configuration and scalability of the Salesforce platform
- Ensure seamless data flow and field mapping between Salesforce and connected tools
- Lead API-based connections and middleware platforms
- Implementdata quality controls including validation rules deduplication and sync logic
- Ensure data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR) within Salesforce and related systems
- Build and manage personalized customer communication Journeys
- Improve lead routing user permissions and record lifecycle logic in collaboration with other teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical configurations and process changes
- Followstructured change management for testing deployment and release cycles in multiple Business Units
- Provide advanced admin support troubleshooting and Salesforce platform best practices
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement in a multi-team in a global corporate and large-scaled environments
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngagementProduct knowledge of implementation tasks especially in
- Datahierarchy in Multinational and Multilanguage Business Unit Setup
- JourneyBuilder with Email and Mobile Push messages
- Automation Studiowith Data- Handling and Preparation
- Aggregating multiple data sources
- Audience Builder in context of multiple customer objects in B2B and B2C environment with Account Contact Lead and custom objects
- ContentBuilder with Salesforce AI Einstein and dynamic content blocks for personalized Message builds
- Strongknowledge of Salesforce Core Platform
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation CDPs or data platforms
- Stronganalytical mindset with a focus on system efficiency and operational scalability
- Proven track record of enabling cross-functional teams through reliable system design
- Excellent written documentation and communication skills for technical stakeholders
- Abilityto balance short-term needs with long-term architectural decisions
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and middleware tools
- Solidunderstanding of data governance sync strategies and user provisioning
- Experiencedesigning scalable maintainable system architectures and process automations
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional technical teams (e.g. DevOps Marketing Ops Data Engineering)
- Experienceworking in agile environments with structured change management and deployment processes
- SalesforceMarketing Cloud Engagement certification :
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing CloudEmail Specialist
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in a technical context
- Knowledgeof SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools or Salesforce DevOps solutions
