The Cardiovascular Centre is seeking an experienced andhighly motivated Cath LabRegistered Nurse to join our dynamic Cardiovascular team.We havea part time and full time permanent position available on a rotating Monday to Friday rosterincluding pro rata on call responsibilities.

The individual must demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team display excellent communication skills and be competent and capable in managing acute situations in a rapidly changing clinical environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Centre you will:

  • Perform scrubbing scouting and patient monitoring during cardiac and vascular procedures

  • Manage patient admissions recovery and discharge in the admissions/recovery area

  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Respond confidently to acute clinical situations in a fast-paced environment

ABOUT YOU:

  • Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

  • Previous experience in a Cardiac Catheter Lab or Interventional Radiology setting is essential

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Committed to providing holistic patient-centered care

  • Able to manage priorities effectively and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
