Graduate Excellence Model Program

Our Graduate Excellence Model (GEM) program is an accelerated program especially created to build talent pipeline for the future of the company. Our goal is to develop future leaders who are not only technically proficient but also collaborative and inclusive. Upon the embarkation of this 2-year program youll first go through a transition phase to build foundational knowledge about semiconductors. From there youll deepen your technical skill set and problem-solving abilities. Finally youll get to apply what youve learned and develop leadership skills by driving continuous improvement projects and engaging in activities for holistic growth. Our program includes technical induction e-learning on semiconductor processes soft skills & personal improvement skills and fab-centric training programs with a technical showcase to management at the end. Why this role

As the ideal candidate you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills and play a vital role in fueling our growth in Process Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs with a focus on advanced manufacturing and new technologies such as AR/VR. Your role will be key to improving process performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Support companys production ramp schedule by process qualification productivity improvement and new tool release.
  • Lead / engage in process CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Work with cross fabs on BKM (best known method) alignment and process improvement initiatives.
  • Sustain production line SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring CPK improvement and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.
  • Support development of new processes for new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams/ cross sites to deliver organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior Engineers to support day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Opportunities for job rotation and overseas assignment.
  • Opportunities to file patents author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.

What You Will Need

  • MS/BS in Chemical Engineering Electrical/Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Engineering Chemistry & Physics and other relevant qualification.
  • Good team player able to work independently resourceful willing to learn new skills with good initiatives
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal oral and written)
  • Knowledge in big data analysis and use of AI/ML coding like python is a plus
  • Knowledge in wafer fabrication is a plus
