We provide a range of tailored end-to-end solutions from helping companies define their entry strategy to Poland right through to recruitment staff augmentation employer of record (EOR) services and running back-office operations for our clients subsidiaries in Poland.
We are looking for an IT Sourcer with initial experience in recruitment to join our team in Krakow. We are a small agile team of dedicated recruitment professionals who thrive on collaboration independence and delivering quality work. After a brief 2-week onboarding period you will actively support our recruitment projects utilising your sourcing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source IT candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow Behance etc.)
- Apply your sourcing knowledge: Boolean search X-ray search and advanced sourcing strategies
- Craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters on various international recruitment projects
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Actively search for new sourcing channels and creative engagement strategies
- Track and report your sourcing activities regularly
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing/recruitment experience (IT sourcing experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search sourcing on technical platforms (GitHub Stack Overflow etc.)
- Advanced English (B2 written & spoken) and fluency in Polish
- Independence and proactivity youre ready to take ownership of your work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with MS 365 G-Suite and similar corporate tools
