Job Summary
- Technical Expertise - SME of the Esker platform including its features modules and integration capabilities.
- Support and Issue Resolution - Helpdesk support: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding issues inquiries and support request related to Esker.
- Customer Satisfaction - Communicate with customers in a clear concise and professional manner.
- Team Support and Development - Provides support and assistance to operations team pre/during/post go-live.
- At least 4.5 years relevant working experience in Finance Accounting and system applications.
- At least 3 years in Accounts Payables
- Practical knowledge of Enterprise resource planning (i.e. JD Edwards Oracle SAP etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Generally accepted accounting principles and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation
