Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented US Immigration Specialist with 56 years of experience in managing end-to-end US immigration processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling various visa categories including H1B L1 L2 H4 TN as well as employment-based Green Card processes. This role requires excellent knowledge of US immigration laws policies and procedures along with proven experience in managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of US immigration cases including petitions extensions amendments and compliance.
Handle employment-based Green Card processes from initiation through to completion.
Prepare and review immigration documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with USCIS DOL and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external immigration counsel vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth case handling.
Track case statuses maintain immigration records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Advise business leaders HR and employees on immigration options requirements timelines and risks.
Support audits RFE responses and compliance reviews.
Stay updated with the latest US immigration regulations trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelors degree
56 years of hands-on experience in US immigration processes.
Strong working knowledge of H1B L1 L2 H4 TN visas and employment-based Green Card processes.
Experience in end-to-end case management with attention to detail and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and immigration case management tools. (ie INSzoom sharepoint etc)
Preferred:
Experience working with global mobility/immigration vendors.
Exposure to immigration policy formulation and process improvement
